Kick Off My September With Atkins Diet Phase 1

Selepas sekian lama skip diet and workout, hari ni I reset myself back to start all over again. Sebab Kaknie makin risau dan tak happy dengan berat sekarang, which is 65kg. Kalau ikut BMI, dah masuk kategori overweight pun. Sobs. ?

Masa study dulu, berat Kaknie maintain between 50-55kg. Bila start kerja, time tu la Kaknie menternak lemak dengan jayanya. Kerja banyak duduk depan PC, hari-hari OT balik lambat. Bila balik lambat, badan penat so malas nak masak. Jawapannya – selalu tapau fast food. Lepas tu ada masa stress kerja. Bila stress, lagi la banyak makan.

Harap kali ni diet and workout Kaknie tak terbabas lagi. 4 months left till the end of 2018, insyaallah sempat nak turun at least 10kg. Target nak berat 48kg hee. ?

Diet Kaknie based on atkins diet (currently phase 1) dan workout pula Kaknie nak fokus lebih kat weight training macam squat, push up and crunch. Doakan Kaknie istiqomah ye kawan-kawan.
